The radiotherapy pathway is one of a number of pathways offered within our multi-professional Advancing Practice in Health Framework. Why QMU? Course overview The radiotherapy pathway is based on a model of collaborative multi-professional learning aligned to expectations of the four pillars of advanced practice (Clinical Practice, Leadership, Education and Research). There are learning opportunities in areas such as fundamentals of advanced practice, critical analysis, evaluation and research methodologies, as well as a number of more specific modules. It includes a number of practice placements and is delivered full-time. It is the only postgraduate pre-registration course in speech and language therapy offered in Scotland. As a speech and language therapist you will give life-changing treatment and support and care for children and adults who have difficulties speaking and communicating.
