Blake who comes from Hunan province. He has been teaching English for 10 years. From Boston USA, has a bachelor degree in mathematics and a Master in Education from Grand Canyon University In USA. Taught high school mathematics for six years and taught English in China for seven years in both adult and children training centers. Among classes taught  in China are Business English, corporate training and English for life and travel purposes. Joseph teaching style is very interesting, student focused and practical. 大家好，我是百立英语的英语老师Spencer。2012年我考取首都师范大学，2015年，我通过院系申请得到了前往美国洛杉矶California Institute of the Arts交换生的机会，在那里半年的留学生涯让我意识到，自己其实更喜欢国外的教学体系。2016年我从首都师范大学毕业之后，直接申请了澳大利亚的悉尼大学继续攻读硕士。2017年，我取得了应用语言学的硕士offer，2019年，我顺利完成了硕士课程，并取得了我的硕士学位。在我看来，学习英语不应该是一件困难的事情，应该是根据每个学生的现实情况所定制，真实的了解他们的需求和弱项，系统的归纳学习，让学员不再觉得吃力无从下手。

Hello everyone, I'm Spencer, an English teacher in Baili English. In 2012 I was admitted to Capital Normal University, and in 2015, I applied through my faculty to get the opportunity to exchange students at the California Institute of The Arts in Los Angeles, USA, where a six-month study career made me realize that I actually prefer a foreign teaching system. After graduating from Capital Normal University in 2016, I applied directly to the University of Sydney in Australia to pursue my Master's degree. In 2017, I obtained a master's degree in applied linguistics, and in 2019, I successfully completed my master's program and obtained my master's degree. In my opinion, learning English should not be a difficult thing, should be customized according to the reality of each student, real understanding of their needs and weaknesses, systematic inductive learning, so that students no longer feel overwhelmed.
